- How many posts per day does the game generate?
Between 20 and 40, with each player posting, on average, 3-5. These are short posts, so the game doesn't demand much time. If you spend a lot of
your time either in front of or near a computer and would welcome distractions throughout the day, this game could be a good fit for you.
- When does the game run?
The game runs from 9AM GMT to 6PM GMT, with most of the posting happening between 1PM and 6PM which lets US based players post too.
- How do I know if this is the game for me?

- How do I join the game?

- It looks like there is a lot of history, how much of it do I need to know before joining?
There is a lot of history, but it isn't necessary
to be familiar with it. Typically, new characters know nothing of the party,
so it is only necessary to be familiar with the general history of the game. However, a lot of
potential players prefer to get a sense of history of the game before they
commit to joining. If you are one of these people, you should consult the summaries page.
- Is there an age rating?
Yes, the game is strictly over eighteens. This is because many of the events are very dark and possibly disturbing. Much of what happens is politically incorrect, but this is true of much black humour. This is not a sex game.
- When is the game set?
The game is set in the middle ages although the party often refer to modern inventions such as digital watches and TV shows. However, none of this technology is ever used in place of traditional tools and weapons.
- What is the gaming system?
The game is AD&D 2nd Edition.
- How long has the game been running?
Since October 12th, 1995.
- Is the game a comedy?
The game is best described as a black comedy. The party are often involved in very serious situations, and the characters have been genuinely frightened, but funny things can happen even in these situations.
- Some of the storylines seem very complicated, do you have to be a genius to play?
No. It helps if you're not a genius.
